Max is an LA based, director, producer and founder of National Picture Show. His recent credits include AMERICAN KOKO, a 2-season digital program for ABC executive produced with Viola Davis; NOW THE DISCUSSION, an after-show series for SundanceNOW and AMC Networks; A DEADLY ADOPTION, Lifetime parody starring Will Ferrell and Kristen Wiig; and WHAT TO TEXT HIM BACK, a digital dating series for ABC starring New York Times Best-selling author and dating guru, Matthew Hussey. 

In addition to running the day-to-day operations of NPS, he also creates, develops and produces programming across networks and platforms ranging from linear networks such as the History Channel and the Food Network to agencies like Integer and CAA, to digital brands including SundanceNOW and SCRIPPSdigital. 

Prior to his life in entertainment he was a tennis coach, working with National and Grand Slam Champions, Entertainment Moguls and Academy Award winning celebrities. He loves his wife and has a wicked forehand. If you're looking to snap out of a bad mood, call him, he's got you covered.

Adam is a Seattle bred, LA based cinematographer, director and EP whose recent credits include Paramount’s HEATHERS, a TV adaptation of the cult classic airing March 2018; VALLEY GIRL, an 80’s musical for MGM to be released Summer 2018 by Annapurna Pictures; KRYSTAL, directed by William H. Macy and starring Macy, Rosario Dawson, Kathy Bates and Nick Robinson; A DEADLY ADOPTION, Lifetime parody starring Will Ferrell and Kristen Wiig; and FORT BLISS starring Michelle Monaghan, Ron Livingston and Pablo Schreiber. 

Recent TV highlights include the series I’M SORRY for truTV produced by Gary Sanchez and Party Over Here starring Andrea Savage, Judy Greer, and Jason Mantzoukas, and the 2016 Nickelodeon series HOMEROOM.  Adam recently completed commercial campaigns for The Princeton Review, Meta, Summer's Eve, Izze Soda, Clorox Greenworks and Las Vegas Fashion Week, and has shot several Funny or Die series including Lady Time, Kid Songs with Cat Power, and I Loathe LA directed by Bob Odenkirk.

Adam founded the Santa Monica-based production company National Picture Show which creates content across multiple platforms. He trained as an undergrad at Yale, then went on to an MFA in film at Columbia University. He has filmed all over the world and has a special interest in wildlife protection and counter-trafficking, working with conservation organizations in Southeast Asia and Latin America.

Producer Fritz Manger has worked in the entertainment industry for over 15 years, focusing on feature film development, interactive entertainment and digital. He began his career as an assistant at Writers and Artists Agency and CAA, then moved on to Director of Development for Zuckerman Entertainment.

Fritz co-founded and was the president of Interactive Republic Corporation, a video game development company that created games for the XBOX and Sony Playstation. After returning to the film world as a producer, Fritz set up “The Truth Machine” at Lionsgate, adapted by Ron Shusett (“Alien”), and most recently directed and produced "RE-CUT," starring Meredith Phillips, Jeff Kober and Tim Dezarn, which premiered at the Austin Film Festival.

As a co-founder of National Picture Show, Fritz is currently developing and producing alternative/reality programming for the web and television.
